Personal data that we process
Authentic Leadership B.V. processes personal data about you, because you use our services and/or because you provide these to us yourself. Below an overview of the personal data we process:
Authentic Leadership B.V. processes your personal data for the following purposes:
How we process your personal data
An authorised Authentic Leadership colleague, in possession of a Non Disclosure Agreement, enters your name, email address, possibly the name of your company or employer via the Authentic Leadership E-portal. The colleague has his own secure environment within this portal. You will receive an e-mail via the E-portal containing an invitation with a personal link to the E-portal. In this environment, your questionnaire is ready for you to fill in online. After completing the online questionnaire, Authentic Leadership processes the results into a personal report. You will receive a copy of this report through your advisor, or after approval through an authorised employee of your organisation, also in possession of a Non Disclosure agreement and a processing agreement.
Authentic Leadership B.V. retains your personal data, so that you do not have to incur costs again later when you apply for a new Ego Scan, for example if you come to work in a new team. You can explicitly indicate if you want the data to be deleted immediately after receiving the Ego Scan. Data will be removed from Authentic Leadership’s administration immediately after the agreed process is completed.
Use of personal data by third parties
Authentic Leadership B.V. does not sell your data to third parties and will only provide it if this is necessary for the implementation of our agreement with you or to meet a statutory obligation. With companies that process your data on our behalf, we have a processing agreement to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. Authentic Leadership B.V. remains responsible for this processing.
